Coming from the corporate world, Edwina joins us from a secretarial role where she has brought her organisational skills and calm nature to her split role as Purchase Ledger Manager and Customer Feedback Manager.
With strong IT skills combined and good interpersonal skills, Edwina manages all purchasing decisions and our customer feedback process.
Edwina is a “people person” so is ideally placed building relationships with existing suppliers and seeking out new ones. Being able to communicate clearly and effectively and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout her negotiations, makes Edwina the ideal person for this role.
Good listening skills are the key to finding out what our customers really want. Edwina gathers customer feedback and where necessary, we make changes to our business processes so that our customers have a better experience when dealing with us.
More recently we have invested in a new CRM software which Edwina is playing a developing this to maximise the benefits to our customers.
