Our quotation to you will confirm the scope of the works to be carried out; the fee for these works and the payment dates.
Once we have received confirmation that you accept our terms (by phone, email, or payment of the deposit, or by providing a purchase order) our contract is deemed to be in place and all terms and conditions stated in the quotation apply.
The deposit payment is non-refundable.
Termination of Contract
If you wish to terminate our contract, you must let us know in writing as soon as possible. Any works carried on your project by Michael Aubrey Partnership up to the point of termination of the contract will be invoiced pro-rata.
Payment of Fees
Fees will become due as specified in your quotation, failure to adhere to contract terms will result in legal action to recover the debt.
