We visit your home and make a structural assessment of your wall. If it is found to be NON loadbearing, we will provide you with a letter confirming this and no further action is required. If however, your wall IS loadbearing we will produce drawings, specifications and calculations. This detailed information will be sufficient for you to obtain prices from a builder. (As part of our fee we also submit your application to building control and we are available to answer any technical queries that they have).

If my wall is loadbearing, I would like you submit to Building Control (this is part of our service). The only extra charge will be the Local Authority Fee
